BETHEL ENGINEERING SERVICES Limited was established as a practical demonstration of the long – held belief by its founders that Nigerian entrepreneurs could raise to the challenge of creating an indigenous company that would employ the best available technologies to give its clients in the Onshore/Offshore and energy industries, international standards of service and maximum satisfaction.

From its inception in 2006, the Company has worked assiduously to meet this goal.  BESL has been, and remains, committed to the basic philosophy of efficient service delivery – timely, on budget, safely, and responsibly.  It has combined extensive local knowledge with selective foreign technical partnerships to create unique competencies that few of its competitors, whether local or foreign, can match.  The Company employs a general management approach that places great premium on innovation and creativity; it is thus able to respond in a dynamic and proactive manner to clients’ changing needs.

Comprising a judicious mix of expatriates in specialist positions, senior level Nigerians and highly skilled employees in other categories, BETHEL ENGINEERING SERVICES workforce is fully reflective of its international outlook and technical orientation.  We are involved in rigorous staff recruitment process, regular training and re-training in order to meet our human resources needs. We have both locally and internationally trained personnel in our pool of human resources whose exceptional dedication to duty coupled with their experience keeps us soaring.  We insist on the use of tools, equipment, materials and facilities of high standards and in order not to compromise our standards and high quality of service we have good working relationship with some highly experienced technical partners.

Bethel Engineering Services Ltd is very mindful of the need to be consistent in maintaining good standards in engineering services and so we have in place Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/QC) systems to enable us meet our objectives.  Our activities are carried out in adherence to our QHSE policies and all relevant legislations on HSE including that of our clients.

While BETHEL ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED provides specialized services in engineering and logistics our partners, who are locally and internationally based are fully equipped with large pool of equipment for land and for Marine Operations. BETHEL ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED, together with their partners, have the capacity to effectively and efficiently undertake any project on any type of terrain (land, swamp and Offshore).
